Fundamentals of Astroparticle Physics: The Earth is bombared by cosmic rays, mainly protons, that reach energies up to 10 million times the particle energies produced at LHC. Where do those particles come from? Which sources are which mechanisms are capable of accelerating particles to such enormous energies? High-energy neutrinos and gamma rays might give some answers. Gravitational waves and high-energies neutrinos will be introduced as new messengers from the Universe (multi-messenger astronomy). Finally, experimental evidence and properties of dark matter and dark energy will be discussed.
