Digital- & Präsenz-basierter Kurs | What do we need particle accelerators for and how do they work? How can we generate a partcle beam and change its properties? How do basic accelerator elements like magnets and accelerating cavities work? What is synchrotron radiation? With this course we want to try to get first glimpse into the fascinating work of accelerator physics and technology. For this we look at selected topics and work through linear beam dynamics.
