This module extends and deepens the theoretical
knowledge on quantum theory. Its theoretical
methods are applied for solving concrete questions in quantum mechanics.

- Approximations (stationary and time-dependent
perturbation theory, variational methods)
- Motion in the electromagnetic field
- Many-particle systems (identical particles,
occupation-number representation)
- Atoms and molecules (Hartree-Fock, helium atom,
hydrogen molecule)
- Relativistic quantum mechanics
- Elements of scattering theory
